Properties sold increased by 0.84%, and while new listings decreased by 2.67%, buyer demand remained solid, pushing the average sold price up by a notable 12.26% and the median sold price up 9.65%. List prices followed suit, with the average list price rising 11.95% and the median list price up 7.97%. Homes are moving at the same pace as last year, with zero change in average days on market, though the median days on market increased by 6.25%, indicating some properties are taking slightly longer to sell. Alsip remained stable in sales volume, but saw an 8.78% increase in median sold price. Arlington Heights showed a strong market with a 13.41% rise in properties sold and a substantial 22% jump in median sold price.
